  8.           As with all of my software I make a great effort to design
  9.           a package that serves a purpose and does not require a four
  10.           year degree to use. All of my programs are programs I needed
  11.           and could not find. I tried several database programs, but
  12.           none of them had every thing I needed or were simple and
  13.           quick to use.
  14.           2nd Rate Diskbase is user friendly database designed to
  15.           organize your software collection. I currently have 14 boxes
  16.           of software. Every time I need something I don't use often I
  17.           had to search and search. Diskbase ended my problem.....

  19.           The most important thing to remember is, you MUST select a
  20.           CURRENT FILE before you add any entries to a database. This
  21.           is done by entering 2 at the MAIN MENU. A current list of the
  22.           Data Storage Files will appear at the left side of the screen,
  23.           Enter the desired file and press enter. The computer returns
  24.           to the Main Menu. Notice, the window in the lower left corner
  25.           indicates your selection. Now you can add entries, print a
  26.           catalog, search a file, delete an entry, etc. all of these
  27.           functions are comfined to the selected file.

  29.           If you wish to create a new file such as CAD or DESKTOP simply
  30.           enter 1 at the Main Menu. A similar screen pops up. Again the
  31.           list of the current files will be displayed on the left side
  32.           of the screen, enter your choice at the right side. Remember
  33.           DOS limits file names to 8 characters max. After you enter
  34.           the file name the computer will return to the Main Menu,
  35.           notice the current file is your newly created file.

  37.           The rest of the functions are so easy to use they don't need
  38.           any explanation. If you have any questions call (216) 334-0312
